With more than 25 years of experience in the educational field, Hernando has stood out as a leader committed to the personal transformation and integral development of his students. His passion for technology, music, literature, sports and animals is reflected in his educational approach, fostering values such as creativity, teamwork and respect for diversity.
For the past 6 years, Hernando has served as Rector of the school, where he has demonstrated his ability to lead processes of change and continuous improvement. In addition, he has collaborated as a consultant in public and private schools, providing his expertise on issues such as international accreditation, curriculum improvement and educational sustainability.
A member of several educational associations, such as Asocoldep and Uncoli, Hernando has contributed to the strengthening of the educational sector, promoting academic excellence and pedagogical innovation. His forward-looking vision and commitment to educational quality have made him a reference in the educational field.
