Appointments will be confirmed at a time previously agreed with each family, between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm Monday through Friday. It will take place during the hours agreed upon with each of the families, between 8:00 am and 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
The Play Date is carried out by the Director of the Early Childhood Cycle and consists of a playful activity in which the development and skills for the age of the girls are evidenced. It is a space created exclusively for them to have fun, learn and discover.
Guided tours and Play Dates are face-to-face and can take place on the same day between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday, which will be agreed and defined directly with each family.
In some cases, if required, Play Dates may be held in Kindergartens, which would be subject to conditions and authorization from parents and the institution. Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The Admissions Committee will analyze each of the applications and the results of the process to give a definitive answer by means of a physical letter sent to the residence and/or to the parents' e-mail, within a maximum period of 8 (eight) working days after the interview and the Play Date, and once the documentation is complete and duly filled out.
The steps to be followed will be sent as an attachment to the letter mentioned above.
